Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international postal services. Estimated delivery windows:

 • Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days

 • Rest of the world: 12–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier or customs delays may extend these timelines.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Any free shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order ships (where available based on destination).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, or fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with the carrier to find the best solution.
